If you're from Raleigh, you know Winston's Grille is a staple. What you might also know is they have the best crap dip ever! One bite and nothing compares. I recently hosted happy hour with a few friends and decided to take a stab at recreating their dip. In full disclosure, it wasn't an exact replicate, but it was pretty darn good and enjoyed by all. I added extra hot sauce and horseradish to mine, and I was so happy with how this appetizer turned out. I served mine with pita chips, but I also recommend serving with toasted baguette slices! This recipe is tasty and easy to whip up at home ... especially prefect for entertaining during this holiday week. Enjoy!

Winston's Grille Crab Dip
Ingredients:
1 C. mayonnaise
6 oz. cream cheese
6 T. sour cream
1 T. prepared horseradish
1 t. lemon juice
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. white pepper
1 1/2 t. hot sauce
1 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs. crab meat, picked over to remove shell
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, Parmesan, pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. If using food processor, transfer mixture to a mixing bowl, then add crab meat. Mix well, being careful not to break up the crab meat too finely. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until browned, about 20 minutes. Serve with toasted rounds of French bread.
