Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Fall is in the air around Raleigh ... which means it's time to bring out our beloved crockpot. This time of year is just the best for whipping up healthy, no-fuss (and comforting) dishes. It's no secret we LOVE a good bowl of chili, and this recipe is a new one I stumbled upon by two peas & their pod.

Loaded with beans, turkey, veggies and spices, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and is packed full of flavor (and protein). It also makes a ton, which is fantastic for leftovers or a big crowd. And did we mention minimal cleanup?! #YES

While the chili is delicious as is, we added in two garlic cloves, a teaspoon (or so) of paprika and chili powder. We also suggest serving with your favorite toppings -- ours include sour cream, pickled jalapeños, fresh cilantro and cheese -- and a side of cornbread (topped with honey, of course). Enjoy this dish on a chilly night with your loved ones!

xo,

Natalie & Ashley
