Happy Wednesday, loves! One of our favorite things is a good happy hour, especially when the weather is warm. But if you're anything like us, bartending is not your specialty! We're always on the lookout for foolproof recipes that you can stir up in a pinch, so we were excited to stumble upon a new tequila cocktail last week. It was the perfect concoction to kickoff the weekend ... light and refreshing ... and has us dreaming of sunnier days and balmy summer nights! We doctored the recipe slightly to make it a little stronger to taste and easier to clean-up. #winning Cheers!

Ingredients
12 ounces fresh grapefruit juice (2 or 3 pink/red grapefruits, juiced but we used bottled)
3 ounces tequila (we increased to 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons lime juice (we used bottled)
ice
grapefruit flavored sparkling water
pink Himalayan sea salt (for the rim)
lime wedges
Directions
Place two low-ball glasses in freezer to chill. Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and ice in cocktail shaker. Coat the bottom of a wide bowl with lime juice and a salad plate with Himalayan sea salt. Dip glasses into lime juice, then salt to coat rim. Place fresh ice in glasses. Strain cocktail mixture between two. For a little fizz, top with grapefruit flavored sparkling water. Accent with lime wedges, and enjoy!
