Hope everyone had a great weekend! We had some friends over this weekend and made this delicious and healthy appetizer. If you know us, you know we love a good happy hour complete with a tasty dip. Sometimes appetizers can be loaded with calories, and we were on the hunt to find something healthy, yet delicious.
This recipe by a Mind "Full" Mom checked all the boxes. Serve with pita chips, veggies, toasted naan bread or corn chips (which we did). We recommend using a little more red pepper and a little more lemon juice to add a little more punch. Pair with your favorite wine and presto, happy hour is ready! Enjoy!
