Happy Hump Day, friends! Today, we‘re featuring a delicious and healthy recipe ... one your family will go bananas over. Healthy Banana Nut Cookies by Skinnytaste are our new jam. We added some cinnamon and vanilla in our batch, but they would also be great with shredded coconut or chocolate chips. The possibilities are endless! We promise these cookies taste exactly like banana bread, but with fewer calories. #Winning Our dad, who can be a picky eater, even gobbled these up. Bet you can't eat just one ... we sure didn't!

Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas mashed (we used 3 for extra flavor and moisture)
1 cup of uncooked quick oats
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with cooking spray or use wax paper. Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the walnuts and place a tablespoon of each on the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 16 cookies. Enjoy!
